Dr. Dennis Teehan is a warm and caring primary care doctor serving for the community of Dedham, MA. Dr. Teehan obtained his medical degree from Tufts University. He then completed his internship in internal medicine at Saint Vincent Hospital. He then completed Harvard Affiliated Residency in preventive medicine and occupational and environmental medicine and also obtained a master’s degree in public health from Harvard School of Public Health . Dr. Teehan began his career working as a physician as part of a large health care network where he managed a large and diverse panel of primary care patients. He eventually gave up this practice to found GBWPC so that he could build a practice founded on wellness and put patients first. He currently affiliated with Beth Israel Lahey Performance Network hold privileges at Beth Israel Deaconess Needham. Dr. Teehan is devoted to ensuring the longevity of his patients’ health and developing long-lasting relationships with them. He takes his time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure the continued health of all his patients. He works with an excellent team of providers and support staff and the office takes a team based approach to providing excellent medical care. Dr. Teehan is Board Certified in Preventive medicine/Occupational & Environmental medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Teehan also practices urgent care. Dr. Teehan enjoys giving back to his community and currently serves on the Board of Selectman in Dedham, Ma.In his spare time Dr. Teehan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Marian received her BSN degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and then earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds a medical appointment at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Needham. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a cardiology nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She also holds a degree in Natural Resources and Wildlife Biology from the University of Vermont and spent several years working in environmental education before making the transition in to medicine.
Christian Aguilar, PA-C is a primary care provider specializing in diagnosing and managing medical conditions. He is an empathetic provider dedicated to providing comprehensive and patient centered care. With a background in nutrition he has a special interest in preventative care and the prevention of chronic medical illnesses. Christian is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is also a medical examiner certified by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and can conduct examinations for the department of transportation.
